Tavi’s foundation was built in high-performance sport. Before freediving, he gained international recognition in bodybuilding and performance coaching, developing a deep understanding of physiology, stress adaptation, and disciplined training systems.
That background became the structural base for his work in breath-hold diving and high-risk underwater performance. His approach is system-driven — focused on control, adaptation, and measured output.
